On the second row, the house remains quiet with a carport providing access to the interior and can accommodate bicycles, skateboards, surfboards, etc. An extra-wide hallway offers a large closet for storing suitcases and clothing accessories. The relaxing living room opens onto the 6mx4m swimming pool, 1.40m deep and secured by a submerged roller shutter. It is surrounded by an exotic wood terrace providing access to the four bedrooms, all equipped with a bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity unit, and a dressing room with shelves, wardrobes, and drawers. One bedroom with a 180x200 bed, 2 other bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds of 90x190. The house has 2 separate toilets, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, a cordless vacuum cleaner and iron/ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, extractor, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils and all the necessary crockery. The living room, equipped with a solid wood table for 10-12 guests, opens onto the living room and also onto the covered terrace housing the fitted outdoor kitchen which invites you to have breakfast, lunch and dinner around the wooden table for 12 guests.
